岗位职责

1、负责离线数仓及实时数仓的开发及架构工作。

2、负责数据模型的设计、ETL实施、性能优化、数据监控、规范化建设的落地;

3、负责指标体系的建设与维护;

4、深入业务，理解并抽线业务需求、发挥数据价值，与业务团队紧密合作;

5、为数据产品、增长商业化团队提供数据赋能支持;

岗位要求

1、具有很强的责任心和团队协作精神，不错的沟通界面，注重团队精神与创业精神;

2、熟悉数仓建模体系、标签体系、指标体系建设;

3、有AB 实验、商业化、广告业务等数据建设经验优先;

3、熟悉hive/spark/flink等技术栈，至少熟悉如下一项技术栈doris、clickhouse、paimon、iceberg等;

4、熟悉Java/python/go/c++等至少一门开发语言。
