Opportunity Overview

• Filed application engineer is supporting in the servicing and for the high density BERT
• Support and system debugging in case of failure
• Full Mechanical and Hardware installation in case the full deployment is at customer sight
• Communication with the product team in case of any issues to be reported to engineering
• Daily update and feedback to the PLM on deployment and customer requirement
• Debugging and installation in the field, handles all customers in China from support to product presentation and demos

• Technical Skills: Hardware debugging skills; Software debugging skills; Equipment assembly; Electrical wiring and mechanical installation skills; All MLTP products deep knowledge including: product specs, debugging and customer interface
• Functional/Domain Knowledge: Agile; Communication skills; Very smart in the field
• High leadership skills
• English language to communicate internally
