About the role
We're looking for a Cloud Platform Engineer to help us build, run, and scale our cloud platform on Azure. You'll do a variety of tasks covering administration, infrastructure and deployment management. We’re looking for a person who is a good communicator and can come help us in our office in Wroclaw.
What you'll do
Help maintain our Azure infrastructure, with AKS at the core
Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform and keep environments consistent
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions
Build and optimize Docker images and container workflows for our services
Set up and improve monitoring, logging, and alerting (Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana)
Drive security and cost best practices across the cloud environment
Handle day-to-day Microsoft / Entra ID administration (users, groups, access, app registrations)
Support developers and data engineers with tooling, troubleshooting, and production incidents
What we're looking for
5+ years in a Sys Admin / DevOps / Platform role
Solid hands-on experience with Azure and running production workloads on AKS
Good knowledge of Kubernetes (Helm, ingress, networking, RBAC)
Strong experience with Docker (writing efficient Dockerfiles, multi-stage builds, image security)
Hands-on experience with Terraform (modules, state management, workspaces)
Experience building CI/CD workflows in GitHub Actions
Basic Microsoft administration skills, including Microsoft Entra ID (users and groups, RBAC, app registrations, service principals, managed identities)
Scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, or Python)
A pragmatic, ownership-driven mindset
Nice to have
GitOps tools (Argo CD / Flux)
• Experience with service mesh, Key Vault, or policy tooling (OPA / Azure Policy)
