Microsoft Cloud Sales Specialist

We want to hire you if: 

• Have 2.5 -4 years of B2B sales or account management experience in IT services or cloud solutions, ideally with Microsoft or a Microsoft partner 
• Have some exposure to Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms (AWS, Salesforce, GCP) and can talk about them confidently with clients 
• Can grow existing accounts by understanding what clients are working on and spotting new opportunities 
• Are comfortable building relationships with partner sales teams and following up on the introductions they give you 
• Want to expand into new clients across Western Europe, the UK and Ireland 
• Can work with solution architects and delivery teams to put the right offer in front of the client 
• Can manage your own pipeline, from first conversation to proposal, and keep your deals and partner registrations up to date 
• Are comfortable owning your pipeline end to end, from qualifying opportunities to proposals, negotiation, and accurate tracking of deals and partner registrations 
• Are a proactive, high-energy individual contributor who is excited about selling rather than managing a team, and fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus), and can work from our Riga office

• Offer salary: 3500-4500 EUR (gross/month) + performance-based bonus
