Engineering Delivery Manager - Air Traffic Management

We are currently looking for anEngineering Delivery Manager to join Thales Portugal! If you are looking to part of our Airspace Mobility Solutions team this can be your chance!

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of system engineering and system/software development lifecycles;

• Strong organisational and planning skills, detail oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities;

• The ability to overlook complex situations and to manage multi-task environments;

• Ability to manage and coordinate engineering resources and technical teams;

• Ability to monitor and track technical activities (e.g. engineering schedule and KPIs), allocated budget and associated risks and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Engineering or similar;

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as Technical Manager;

• Knowledge of System Engineering and System Development Lifecycles;

• Ability to coordinate technical teams;

• Good command of English;

• Availability to travel.
