Technical Lead- DevSecOps

Overview

We are seeking an experienced DevSecOps Engineer to join our agile, international team. You will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining automated, secure, and scalable cloud infrastructure and DevOps pipelines supporting critical software products. You will drive the adoption of modern practices in cloud operations, containerization, infrastructure as code, and security, ensuring the operational excellence and reliability of our mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Cloud & Infrastructure Automation: Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. Develop and operate Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and Ansible. Ensure industrialized deployment, packaging, and operational security of cloud environments.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Implement and manage container platforms using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm. Develop, operate, and optimize CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps, integrating secure DevSecOps practices.
• Build & Packaging of Core Components: Design, automate, and optimize the build, packaging, and deployment of the product's core components. Implement best practices for reproducible builds, dependency management, and secure artifact creation across the product lifecycle. Ensure components are delivered in compliance with quality, performance, and security requirements.
• Security & Compliance: Embed security controls, compliance checks, and best practices into DevSecOps workflows. Enforce continuous security and resilience throughout automation, cloud operations, and deployments.
• Monitoring & Observability: Set up monitoring, logging, and performance observability solutions for cloud and containerized workloads. Enable real-time visibility, alerting, and troubleshooting to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Collaboration & Support: Work closely with development, IVL, and business teams in an international and cross-cultural environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Promote the improvement of deployment automation, incident resolution, scalability, and operational efficiency. Recommend new technologies or process enhancements to optimize operational excellence.

Required Skills and Experience :

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with the below Skills preferably between 9 to 11 years of relevant experience

Cloud & Infra Automation :

Strong experience in designing and managing Azure environments. Proficient in Terraform and Ansible for Infrastructure as Code. Cloud security and automation expertise

Build & Packaging :

Hands-on experience designing and operating build, packaging, and artifact management pipelines for core product components. Familiarity with artifact security, reproducibility, and dependency management.

Containerization & Orchestration :

Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm for packaging, orchestration, and deployment

CI/CD & DevSecOps :

Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GIT, Jenkins/GITLab CI), Azure DevOps, and automated deployments. Experience with integrating DevSecOps security controls and compliance checks into pipelines.

Have knowledge of playbooks, inventories, roles, tasks, templates, group_vars, and vaults to understand Ansible installation and adapt/patch Ansible items

Monitoring & Observability :

Proficiency in implementing monitoring, logging, and performance tools for cloud and container platforms (Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).

Security & Compliance :

Strong knowledge of cloud security, secure configuration, secrets management, access control, and support for compliance requirements.

Firewall (nftables), understand how authentication certificates work, and know how to generate them.

Automation Development :

Familiarity with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for workflow optimization and operational tasks.

Linux and Network :

System and network administration, Bash, VLAN, DNS

Middleware/ Databases :

Elastic Search, PostgreSQL, S3; Protocoles kafka, mqtt; SQL

Languages:

YAML, JSON, Go: Read and modify configuration and/or development files written in these languages.

Collaboration :

Proven ability to work in cross-functional, international and cross-cultural teams; effective communication and collaborative problem-solving skills.
