OUR TEAM
Our Munitions teams in Benalla and Mulwala produce propellants, explosives and munitions for defence and commercial uses. With ongoing investment into research and development, we produce some of the world’s most high-performing guided weapons and explosive ordnance systems. And being at the forefront of a rapidly evolving industry gives our teams constant opportunities to build on their technical expertise.
YOUR ROLE
- Provision of administrative support across the site as required
- Site Switchboard operation and paging service
- Point of contact for incoming and onsite queries and direction of these and/or message to the appropriate area
- Maintaining archiving systems, creating and recording of accurate electronic files for the facility, maintain and monitor access to archives and maintain destruction list
- Arrange travel & complete expense reconciliations
- Preparation of all amenities/utilities as required
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Relevant experience within an office environment
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Office programs - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
- High-level of customer service / communication (written and verbal) to all customers.
- Ability to prioritise workload and utilising effective time management skills to meet deadlines
- Exercise negotiation and problem-solving skills

A Defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance.
