Customer Service & Sales Operations Internship

Polanco, CDMX (Hybrid)

Position Summary

Thales is looking for a Customer Service & Sales Operations trainee will gain valuable experience by supporting both Customer Service and Sales Operations teams by assisting in various day-to-day activities. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to provide data analysis, report generation and customer service support. The ideal candidate will gain hand-on-experience in sales operations, customer service management, while developing key skills in communication, problem-solving, and data analysis.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Responsible for the record and control of the order demand.
• Record and track of the forecast, sales and data regarding Orders.
• Track of sales data and forecast to manufacturing.
• Work alongside Customer Services and Sales Operations providing support in different tasks.
• Maintaining communications globally with different sites and teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field. (preferably be in the 5th semester or at least one year away from finishing credits)
• Intermediate-advancedEnglish proficiency, oral and written.
• Strong communicator and negotiator, analytical, results-oriented, customer-oriented, a strong time manager, autonomous, honest, and empathetic, strong focus on helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
