Technical Lead - Java Full Stack(Software Solutions)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our agile, international team. You will design, implement, and evolve robust, scalable backend and frontend components. This position requires strong technical ability, attention to code quality, and a passion for delivering reliable products.

Job Responsibilities

Exp:- 10 -12 yrs

Deliver Full-Stack Features: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend(spring boot) and frontend (React) features. Uphold code quality, performance, and maintainability standards.

• Participate in Software Architecture Discussions: Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment on technical choices and contribute to the improvement of architectural solutions.
• Contribute to Code Reviews and Technical Problem Solving: Review peer’s code, identify issues, and share solutions to build a robust product.
• Collaborate Across International Teams: Work closely with distributed teams, product owners, architects, and stakeholders. Ensure clear communication, alignment, and efficient coordination in an international environment.
• Contribute to Integration & Test Strategy: Help define, implement, and evolve the overall software integration and test strategy, focusing on performance, robustness, scalability, and endurance.

Mandatory Skills

• Programming language: Strong Proficiency in Java/JavaScript Programming
• Software Architecture: Good Experience with modern microservices architecture and REST APIs
• Frontend Framework: Strong Proficiency in Frontend frameworks like React
• Backend Framework: Strong Proficiency in Backend frameworks like Spring boot
• Database: Good experience in working with Databases like Postgres DB
• Good experience in performing Unit testing using JUnit
• Familiarity with software development life cycle, tools and methodologies (e.g., version control systems like GIT, Agile processes).
• Team & Mindset: Autonomy, technical excellence, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, adaptability, curiosity, continuous improvement undefined

Desired Skills:

• Good experience in developing modern web application using React and Spring boot.
• Good experience in Test driven development
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Concepts, Data structures and Algorithms.
• Good experience in preparing technical documentation.
• Good in experience in setting up Gitlab CI/CD pipelines
