This is an exciting opportunity to join our DBS Management team and train, coach and develop staff within the DBS Unit, ensuring that DBS Researchers, Disclosure Officers and Team Leaders have the knowledge and skills to the required standard in line with the Quality Assurance Framework.

You will be responsible for designing, delivering and continually improving training programmes for new starters. This includes reviewing existing training packages to ensure they remain fit for purpose, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, and implementing improvements to enhance learning outcomes and operational effectiveness. A key aspect of the role is maintaining Continuous Professional Development (CPD) for existing staff.

You will work closely with the Standards and Compliance Unit, reviewing audit findings and feedback to identify training needs, address knowledge gaps and update training materials accordingly. This will help ensure staff remain compliant with current legislation, policy and best practice.

This is a hybrid role with a mixture of both delivering online training and working at HQ South.
