Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, Python, SQL/MySQL, and REST APIs, with the ability to work across frontend and backend development.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.
Develop scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs for frontend and third-party applications.
Develop backend functionality using Python when required.
Design database schemas and write optimized queries using SQL/MySQL.
Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and databases.
Implement authentication, authorization, validation, and application security.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Debug and resolve production and application issues.
Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions.
Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, QA, and other engineering teams.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.
Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
Required Skills
5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
Strong proficiency in React.js and modern JavaScript.
Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js.
Good hands-on experience with Python.
Strong knowledge of SQL and MySQL, including joins, indexing, query optimization, and database design.
Strong experience designing and developing REST APIs.
Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and browser compatibility.
Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab and version control.
Understanding of authentication mechanisms such as JWT/OAuth.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
Good to Have
TypeScript / Next.js experience.
Redux or other state-management libraries.
Experience with Docker and CI/CD.
Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Knowledge of microservices architecture.
Experience with automated testing frameworks.
Familiarity with Redis, MongoDB, or other NoSQL technologies.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
