Senior Software Engineer

Manage the end-to-end RPA project lifecycle, including intake, discovery, requirements, process assessment, development, testing, deployment, hyper care, and transition to support.

· Partner with business leaders and process owners to identify and evaluate automation opportunities based on business value, complexity, risk, volume, and potential return on investment.

· Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource requirements.

· Coordinate activities between business stakeholders, RPA developers, IT, application owners, and other technical resources.

· Facilitate process discovery and ensure business requirements, process documentation, and acceptance criteria are clearly defined.

· Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and post-production hyper care.

· Monitor project performance and proactively identify and resolve scope, schedule, resource, and technical risks.

· Track and report RPA performance metrics, including automation hours saved, execution volumes, bot success rates, cost savings, and other defined business benefits.

· Establish and maintain consistent RPA project management, governance, documentation, and reporting standards.

· Provide regular project updates to leadership, including accomplishments, upcoming milestones, risks, issues, and decisions requiring escalation.
