Sous Chef

Welcome to The Beefy Boys, the burger empire of your dreams - where the patties are juicy, the buns are fresh. We’re a fast-paced, rapidly growing burger joint on a mission to become the greatest burger restaurant in the entire galaxy.

We’ve spent years delving deep into the world of burgers - For us, there’s no such thing as a “just a cheeseburger.” Oh no, we’re talking about a universe of patties: from thick, juicy 6oz steakhouse delights to crispy diner-style smashburgers, and even the oh-so-filthy Oklahoma-style patties that’ll have you questioning your entire existence.

Now, we’re on the hunt for a Sous Chef with a passion for patties (and maybe a few grease stains to prove it) who can support our Head Chef in serving up world-class burgers, even when the smash hits the pan. If you’ve got the skills to flip a patty like a pro, thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, and love the idea of creating burger magic every day, then we want YOU to be the right hand to our Head Chef and help lead the charge!

What You’ll Need:

• Step into the Head Chef’s Shoes: When the Head Chef’s off-duty, you’ll take the reins and run the kitchen like it’s your. You’ll make sure every dish is cooked to perfection, while keeping the kitchen safe, clean, and tight on health and safety standards. Whether it’s managing food safety or keeping everything in order, you’ll ensure the crew’s on point and the vibe stays high while we pump out top-quality food, no matter what.
• People Skills Like a Boss: You’ll be the leader of the pack- recruit, onboard, develop, inspire, leading from the front, and show them how it's done!
• Food Excellence: Every dish is your masterpiece. We’re not just serving burgers; we’re sending it to the world burger championships finals. Every burger needs to be perfect, if it’s not 10/10 then it’s not getting far!
• Operational Wizardry: Can you fix it if it’s broken? Can you manage food wait times and keep customers smiling? If you’ve got the magic touch for finding solutions, we’re all in!
• Stock and Supply Guru: You’re on top of every ingredient, every sauce, and every bun. You know what’s in the walk-in, and you definitely know who to call if something goes AWOL.
• People Developer Extraordinaire: Tough love is your secret weapon. You’re great at having those “real talk” moments, celebrating the rockstars, and pushing them to be the very best version of themselves.
• Get Stuff Done Attitude: It’s fast, it’s intense, and it’s never boring. If you thrive under pressure and can keep your cool without sacrificing quality or attention to detail, we’re looking for you!

What You’ll Get:

• Quarterly Bonus: Treat yo’ self! Grab a little something extra every few months to splurge on whatever you want (within reason… we're not paying for a private jet).
• Free Food: Did someone say FREE BURGERS? Yep, you get to stuff your face with our delicious creations every shift.
