Business Project, Senior Advisor (Global Records Management)
The Business Project Senior Advisor will help advance the Global Records Management (GRM) program by partnering with stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Privacy, Information Protection, Technology, and business teams.
This role will drive records management initiatives, strengthen governance and compliance practices, identify risks, and support enterprise-wide process improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on records management policies, standards, retention requirements, and governance practices.
- Lead and support strategic records management and compliance initiatives.
- Conduct risk and gap assessments and support remediation efforts.
- Partner with business and technology teams to improve processes and implement solutions.
- Develop metrics, reporting, and insights to measure program effectiveness.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and influence decisions across a matrixed organization.
- Support change management, communications, and adoption of records management best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in Records Management, Information Governance, Data Governance, Compliance, Program Management, or a related field.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of governance, compliance, risk management, and process improvement.
- Experience with reporting tools, data analysis, SharePoint, and workflow automation solutions.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience in Records Management, Information Governance, Data Governance, or Compliance programs.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 112,100 - 186,800 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
