Medication Therapy Management Pharmacy Technician - CarepathRx - United States Remote
The Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Pharmacy Technician at PipelineRx (now a part of Evernorth Health Services) supports Remote Pharmacy Services by collecting and documenting accurate patient medication histories, assisting pharmacists, and performing related clinical and administrative tasks.
Shift: Monday-Friday, between 9a-8p EST
Position Summary:
Contact patients and providers to address gaps in care, with phone outreach as the primary responsibility. This role could be dedicated to an assigned client and requires thorough documentation of all interactions and outcomes in our call tracking system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather patient encounter details, including allergies, medication history, medical conditions, and other relevant information.
- Contact patients to reconcile medication lists and collect information needed to support care.
- Coordinate with providers and interdisciplinary teams to support medication management services.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Pharmacy Technician National certification is required.
- Experience with Medication Therapy Management is preferred.
- Experience with prescription data entry is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively by email and phone.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional communication style.
- Experience with Google G-Suite is preferred.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 18 - 27 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
