Position Summary
The Client Delivery Readiness Specialist drives the strategic preparation, evaluation, and alignment of Production Support Operations and Client Implementation teams to ensure seamless client support across all TCH service offerings. This role owns the end-to-end readiness lifecycle for new services, applications, and features. Serving as a critical liaison between internal subject matter experts and support units, the Specialist designs client delivery readiness processes, analyzes performance metrics, and ensures strict adherence to audit, risk, and compliance frameworks.

The Clearing House operates four payment systems: a high-value wire-transfer system (the CHIPS® network), the country’s first and largest instant payments system (the RTP® network), an automated clearinghouse network (the EPN® network), and a check image exchange network (the Image Exchange Network). TCH also operates a bank account number tokenization service, runs a payments association known as the TCH Payments Authority, and maintains the rules for private-sector check image exchange through its ECCHO® business line.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related analytical field.
- 3+ years of financial industry experience, specifically within payments, with a proven track record of documenting complex operational processes and product requirements.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and hands-on experience managing workflows in Jira.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills, sharp attention to detail, and professional verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications Desired
- 5+ years in a dedicated analytics or operations role within a banking or fintech environment.
- Deep understanding of electronic payment systems, core banking technology, and testing frameworks.
- Strong working knowledge of Risk, Compliance, and Governance policies within the financial services sector.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Author, optimize, and govern the Client Delivery Readiness framework and all associated program documentation.
- Design, evaluate, and publish executive management reports, monthly key metric dashboards, and comprehensive audit reports.
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams and technical subject matter experts to architect, map, and standardize operational workflows.
- Oversee that client certification scripts, testing documentation, and deployment checklists are rigorous and fully executed; lead the annual review of Client Delivery Readiness operational procedures.
- Define training requirements and facilitate high-level knowledge-transfer sessions between product/technology teams and support staff.

- Strong leadership and consultative skills to align diverse technical experts and synthesize conflicting requirements into cohesive production support strategies.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available. Candidates will report to the office three days each week. Onsite work requirements may change at any time.
