The Coca-Cola Company is an American beverage business founded in Atlanta in 1892 whose defining commercial decision was to sell concentrate to independent bottlers rather than to bottle and distribute drinks itself. That structure keeps the company's own capital employed low and its margins high while the bottling partners carry the trucks, plants and working capital, and it explains why the company periodically buys and then refranchises bottling operations. Its portfolio extends well beyond the original drink into Sprite, Fanta, Costa Coffee, Minute Maid, Powerade, Topo Chico and BodyArmor, and it is a component of the Dow Jones Industrial Average.

Job Description Summary:

This role will build and lead a next-generation science-based capability that decodes purchasing behavior, transforms insight into commercial advantage, and embeds evidence-based decision making into how we create value with retail and customer partners.

  • Embed shopper and purchasing insights into key commercial processes, including assortment, pricing, promotion, pack architecture, retail media, and merchandising decisions, ensuring shopper science becomes a core input into growth planning.

  • Lead experimentation and test-and-learn programs across physical and digital environments, including pricing, promotions, retail media, digital shelf, assortment, and in-store activation, to improve decision quality and performance outcomes.

  • Partner closely with Commercial, Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, Customer Leadership, Data & Analytics, and Platform Services teams to advance shopper intelligence capabilities and drive adoption of science-based decision making.

  • Translate shopper science and insights into actionable customer selling stories, category growth narratives, and strategic recommendations that position the organization as a trusted, insights-led partner.

  • Build organizational capability by establishing communities of practice, sharing best practices across markets, and developing tools, training, and routines that elevate shopper science expertise throughout the system.
