Job Description Summary:

RoleOverview:

We are seeking a Product Manager - Digital to drive the day-to-day delivery of a digital product within our Digital Product & Engineering organization. Reporting to a Product Manager and working within an agile squad, you will own the product backlog for your product, translate product strategy into sprint-ready work, and partner closely with engineering, data science, and design teams to deliver high-quality features. You will make the day-to-day prioritization decisions that keep delivery moving while ensuring every sprint advances the product vision and roadmap established by the Product Manager.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on product professional who pairs sharp prioritization with the technical fluency needed to work shoulder to shoulder with engineers and data scientists. You translate product strategy and business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint-ready work.

• Driveagiledelivery: leadsprintplanning,backlogrefinement,andreviews;clarifyrequirementsinrealtime;andmaketimelydecisionsonscopeandtrade-offstokeepdeliveryontrack

• Makethecallonfunctionality: serveasthedecision-makeronwhattheteambuildsnextwithinyourarea,escalatingcross-teamdependenciesandrisksearlyandresolvingthemwithstakeholders

• Partneracrosstheproductteam: workday-to-daywithengineering,datascience,UX/UIdesign,andthebusinesstodeliveranintuitive,high-impactexperienceanddriveacontinuousimprovementcycleviauserfeedback,data,andexperimentation

• Supportadoptionandscaling: contributetoenablement,communication,andchangeeffortssofeaturesareadopted,trusted,andembeddedintoCoca-Cola’sdecision-makingroutinesastheproductscalesacrossmarkets

• Measureanditerate: defineandtracktherightsuccessmetricsforyourarea,andusequantitativeanalysisandexperimentationtoinformwhattobuild,refine,orretire

Requirements&Qualifications

• Bachelor’sdegreeinBusiness,Technology,Engineering,orarelatedfield;Master’spreferred

• 8+yearsofexperienceasaProductOwner,ProductManager,BusinessAnalyst,orequivalentinAgilesoftwareordataproductteams

• Proven experience leading complex digital products or platforms within large, matrixed, global organizations.

• Strong understanding of modern product operating models, agile delivery methodologies, and customer-centric design principles.

• Experienceleveragingdata, analytics, and artificial intelligence capabilities to improve business performance and product effectiveness.

• Demonstratedownershipofaproductbacklog,withatrackrecordofwritingclearuserstoriesandacceptancecriteriaandshippingfeaturesthatdeliveredmeasurablevalue

• Strongcommandofagiledelivery(ScrumorSAFe),includingsprintplanning,backlogrefinement,andprioritizationframeworks

• Technicalfluencytocollaborateeffectivelywithengineeringanddatascience,includingcomfortdiscussingdata,models,APIs,andtrade-offs

• Experiencewithdata-drivenorAI/ML-poweredproducts,ideallyanalytics,decision-intelligence,oroptimizationtoolsusedbybusinessstakeholders

• Strongprioritizationandanalyticaljudgment,abletousedatatoweighbusinessvalueandsequencework

• Excellentcommunicationandstakeholdermanagementskills,abletoalignacross-functionalteamandkeeppartnersinformedandboughtin

• Experienceoperatinginfast-movingenvironmentsandbalancingtechnicalcomplexitywithbusinessusabilitysooutputsareactionableandexplainable

• Preferably have aProductOwneroragilecertification(e.g.,CSPO,SAFePOPM)

• Hands-onexposuretoAI/MLmodeldeployment,experimentation,oralgorithmicoptimization

• Familiaritywithmarketinganalytics,revenuegrowthmanagement,pricing,promotions,ortradeinvestmentoptimization

• Experienceintegratingenterpriseanalyticsproductsintobusinessworkflowsandscalingadoptionacrossmarkets

Pay Range:

United States: 202,000 - 229,000 USD

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
