Join The Economist Group, a global media and information-services company. As a Sr Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications, managing the delivery of functional and technical solutions, and ensuring efficiency and best practices in Salesforce coding. You will also manage integrations between Salesforce and other applications, perform functional testing, and create and update technical documents. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience and relevant certifications.

Missions

Proactively interact with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architectural designs.
Manage the delivery of functional and technical solutions, including testing strategy and execution, ensuring adherence to Salesforce coding best practices.
Provide technical leadership to the Salesforce team, ensuring the implementation of best practices and the continuous evolution of security practices.
