Senior MEP Engineer(Borey)

III. KEY RESPONSIBILITES

• Conducting regular site inspection and monitor construction progress.
• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure the design is implemented correctly.
• Ensure integration of MEP systems with architectural and structural plans.
• Prepare design calculations, technical reports, and specifications.
• Review, check and coordinate shop drawings and site installations.
• Supervise testing and commissioning to ensure operational readiness.
• Review and interpret MEP Drawings and technical drawings to ensure accuracy and proper implementation.
• Review and check design drawing HVAC, lighting, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire protection systems…
• Review and check Material submission to ensure quality meet Standard and design’s requirement.
• Resolve technical issues and coordinate with contractors.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, schedules, and documentation.
• Other tasks assigned by Site Manager

• Proficient in using AutoCAD 2D or 3D,
• Project coordination and site supervision.
• Understanding of local codes, zoning, and regulatory requirements.
• Good in English & Chinese (Speaking and Writing)
