CONTEXT

Reporting to our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will join the HR team to support our teams in their recruitment needs. You will be a key link in the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and high-quality candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

MISSIONS

Operational recruitment

• You write and publish job postings across various channels (general and specialized job boards, social media, careers page, etc.)
• You handle sourcing and CV screening
• You conduct phone pre-qualifications and candidate interviews
• You actively headhunt on LinkedIn and specialized job boards to identify top talent
• You build and maintain talent pools to anticipate recurring hiring needs

Candidate experience

• You ensure every candidate has a fast, transparent, and high-quality recruitment journey
• You are the main point of contact for candidates throughout the process
• You collaborate with internal teams to ensure a successful onboarding

School relations and partnerships

• You build and maintain relationships with schools, universities, and relevant organizations to attract top talent
• You take part in job fairs, career events, and recruitment forums

Support to the Talent Acquisition Manager

• You contribute to reporting and tracking of recruitment KPIs
• You bring ideas for continuous process improvement and employer branding initiatives

PROFILE

You hold a Master's degree

You have a first experience in recruitment, ideally gained in the fashion or luxury industry

You have a strong service mindset and internal client focus: you know how to build trusted relationships with both managers and candidates

You are curious and proactive, able to take initiative and adapt to a variety of needs

You are comfortable with sourcing and headhunting techniques (LinkedIn and specialized job boards)

You are recognized for your rigor, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes in parallel

You are fluent in both French and English, written and spoken

• Contract type: 6-month fixed-term contract (CDD)
