Overview
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing optimum environmental conditions through operating and maintaining building systems meeting or exceeding all codes and regulations in a professional, courteous manner. Makes adjustments and repairs to plumbing heating, air-conditioning, and electrical systems on hospital buildings and it's parcels without assistance.

Qualifications
JOB SPECIFICATIONS(Minimum Requirements)KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Must be able to pass mandatory fit test for breathing apparatus.
- Must have a valid driver license and pass insurance investigation.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
- Must be able to hear audible sounds.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Ability to read and interpret blue prints related to mechanical systems.
- Ability to make adjustments and repairs using the knowledge of mechanical principles.
- Trade school in mechanical or electrical repairs a plus.
EDUCATION
- High School Diploma/GED Equivalent Required
- Experience in power plant, building and equipment repairs in an industrial setting.
- 5 Plant Operations and Repair Required
