At Parks Hospitality Group, we are looking for a motivated and supportive Housekeeping Supervisorto serve as a key leader in our rooms division. Working hand-in-handwith our Executive Housekeeper, you will be the ultimate coach on the floor-guiding, training, and inspiring our roomattendants and laundry staff. In this active leadership role, you will help build a positive, collaborative work environment while ensuring our team has the supportthey need to deliver the spotless, comfortable spaces our guests love.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a comfortable and accommodating experience for guests.
• Perform quality assurance (QA) for the Housekeepingdepartment.
• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in all duties and act in their capacity when off duty.
• Supervise and train Room Attendants and Suite Attendants, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet guest demands.
• Clean and inspect rooms, ensuring proper cleaning of surfaces, linens, and amenities.
• Monitor and maintain housekeeping cart inventory and stock rooms and linen closets.
• Report any missing or damaged items and handle lost and found items in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Collaborate with Guest Services and other departments during peak times and special guest requests.
• Maintain security by ensuring guest room doors are locked at all times.
• Provide support to team members, ensuringall tasks are completed efficiently and timely.

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of previous housekeeping experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Fluency in a second language, preferably Spanish, is a plus.
