• Build project plans with clear tasks, milestones, owners and deadlines
• Coordinate content production, contributors and client deliverables
• Set up workflows, checklists and systems that keep operations running smoothly
• Plan and run events - venues, suppliers, speakers, registration and logistics
• Monitor budgets, expenditure, dependencies and delivery risks
• Follow up on commitments, resolve delays and keep projects moving
• Report progress, outstanding actions and decisions required

• A degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field or substantial equivalent experience.
• 3+ years delivering projects and managing operations.
• A recognised project management certification is an advantage.
