Description:
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls professionally.
- Welcome visitors and assist with general enquiries.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and organise documents.
- Capture information and perform general computer-based administrative tasks.
- Assist with general office administration.
- Keep the reception area neat and professional.
- Provide administrative support to the team as required.
- Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- Computer literate, with good general computer skills.
- Strong filing and document-management skills.
- Accurate, organised and attentive to detail.
- Professional, friendly and presentable.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise responsibilities.
- Previous reception or administrative experience will be an advantage.
