Its vacancies include vehicle sales executives and managers, sales representatives, bookkeepers, quantity surveyors, electricians, administrators and recruitment consultants for its own team.
The ideal candidate will be dependable, organised, detail-oriented and able to take responsibility for the day-to-day monitoring of stock and general site conditions. The successful candidate will work at one designated construction site, with a primary focus on stock control, health and safety, and maintaining an orderly working environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Stock Control
- Receive, inspect and record all material deliveries.
- Check deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Maintain accurate records of materials received, issued and used on site.
- Monitor material usage to minimise waste and prevent losses.
- Ensure materials are stored safely, correctly and securely.
- Report stock shortages and discrepancies to management.
- Assist with maintaining health and safety standards on site.
- Ensure workers use the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Identify and report unsafe working conditions.
- Assist with general health and safety inspections and compliance.
- Ensure the construction site remains clean, neat and organised.
- Monitor general site conditions and report any concerns.
- Assist with coordinating deliveries and the movement of materials.
- Monitor housekeeping and general site discipline.
- Report site-related issues to management.
- Own reliable transport is essential.
- Must be reliable, organised and responsible.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Good record-keeping and organisational skills.
- Ability to monitor stock, identify discrepancies and report issues.
- Willingness to assist with health and safety and general site housekeeping.
