Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for driving execution and delivery of multiple high-profile technical projects from start to finish; projects assigned to this level tend to be highly complex and strategically prioritised.
• Define, optimise, and manage Agile project management ceremonies and processes for large project teams.
• Develop program plans comprised of parallel projects that collectively produce work that has significant business impact.
• Identify scope of inputs and outputs as dependencies for technical teams, resolve gaps and create program milestones that ensure work is sequenced across teams.
• Identify project risks; drive resolutions and communicate prioritised mitigation plans to stakeholders.
• Monitor and adjust program plans to respond to unplanned changes, ensuring programs are progressing to meet business goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum and Preferred. Inclusive of Licenses/Certs (include functional experience as well as behavioural attributes and/or leadership capabilities).
• Proven ability to facilitate effective communication across disparate teams.
• Evidence of strong planning, delivery, and problem-solving skills.
• Superb written and verbal communication, presentation skills, and meeting facilitation skills (especially when working with senior leadership).
• Typically has 5 or more years of progressively complex related experience.
• Formal project management certifications.
• Experience working in a media technology environment.
• Technology domain knowledge, or demonstrated aptitude for learning a technology-based engineering domain.
• BA/BS or equivalent experience required.
