Performance Marketing Manager

Tasks

• Lead and develop our existing social media management team, owning content strategy, execution, and brand growth across our client accounts
• Personally manage Meta and Google Ads, with direct accountability for lead quality, CPL, CPC, and ROAS
• Deliver measurable month-over-month improvement in followers, views, engagement, and business results
• Build and lead our paid media/performance marketing function as our client base grows, starting hands-on and growing into a team leader
• Report results against clear monthly numbers, not vanity metrics

Requirements

• 6-7 years of proven digital marketing experience, ideally from an established agency
• Hands-on, current experience managing live Meta and Google Ads budgets
• Real experience leading or mentoring a team, not just contributing to one
• A track record you can point to, specific engagement, follower, or ROAS numbers you personally moved
• Comfortable being measured against monthly numbers and owning the outcome, not just the activity
• Comfortable working on-site in Dhaka
