The Graduate Program is a full-time permanent role and starts early January 2027.

What you'll be doing:
- Preparing financial statements (BASs, IAS, FBT Returns) and income tax returns for small business clients (companies, trusts, partnerships).
- Supporting our Directors with financial modelling, tax planning, and consulting projects.
- Reviewing taxation notices and preparing correspondence on behalf of clients.
- Liaising with the ATO.
- Attending client meetings with your team and attending learning and development sessions.
- Working alongside other teams within BlueRock to identify opportunities to collaborate.
Requirements
We want to hear from people who:
- Are in their final year of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a similar discipline
- Hold full working rights to work in Australia
- Have the desire to undertake further Accounting qualifications such as CA
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude with great ambition!
