  • Build campaign scorecards for major marketing programs, including events, membership acquisition initiatives, and digital campaigns.
  • Develop attribution approaches that connect marketing activity to registrations, membership conversions, renewals, and other business outcomes.
  • Analyze campaign and channel performance to identify trends, opportunities, and underperformance and recommend actions based on the findings.
  • Assess data quality, reporting processes, and measurement gaps and establish priorities for improvement.
  • Own Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), event tracking, and data validation across digital properties.
  • Partner with the Web team to develop tracking requirements, review and QA implementations, and troubleshoot measurement issues.

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting using Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
  • Use SQL to independently query, analyze, investigate, and validate data.
  • Deliver recurring and ad hoc analysis that clearly communicates performance, business implications, and recommended actions.
  • Present findings to Marketing and senior leadership, clearly communicating insights, assumptions, risks, and data limitations.
  • Serve as a trusted analytics partner across Marketing, helping teams strengthen measurement practices and make more informed, data-driven decisions.
