What You’ll Do
We’ll train you - no experience required - to:
- Deliver precise, evidence-based strength training
- Coach members clearly and confidently
- Build strong relationships that lead to retention and referrals
- Lead Introductory Workouts that inspire commitment
- Maintain excellent attendance and help members achieve real results
- Improve continuously - Kaizen is part of our DNA
What We Provide
- Paid, in-house Personal Trainer certification

- $19.27/hr-$19.80/hr (includes hourly base pay and commissions; minimum base pay is $17.65/hr MD, $13/hr VA)
