Guaranteed Minimum Monthly Salary: RM 4,100++
Hybrid: 2-3 days On-Site
Stage 2: Confirmed Global Educator (After 6 Months)
Typical Monthly Income: RM 6,000 - RM 8,000+
Performance-Based Earnings: Your income grows directly with your class load and performance.
High Earning Potential: Your effective teaching rate scales from RM 100 to RM 200 per hour.
Hybrid: 1 day On-Site
Stage 3: Advanced Career Tracks
Fast-Track to Second: High performers are groomed for leadership or secondment roles.

Deliver engaging online math lessons to small groups of international students.
Master our world-class curriculum and innovative teaching platform.
Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.

Who We're Looking For (Your Profile)
We are looking for potential, not just experience.
What You'll Bring:
A Bachelor's Degree or higher (any field).
Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent.
Fluency in spoken and written Chinese.
A solid foundation in math (SPM Grade B or higher).
A genuine passion for education and helping others succeed.
Able to commit to 6 months of paid, hybrid training in KL.
Great if you also have:
Experience in tutoring, public speaking, or are a recent university graduate.
