The Role

As a Territory Sales Representative, you'll meet with 2-3 pre-qualified homeowners each day, Monday through Friday. No cold calling. No door knocking. No spending your day hunting for your next appointment. Your job is to take the opportunity and turn it into a result.

Diagnose.

Every home is different. You'll listen, ask the right questions, evaluate the problem, and determine the best solution for the homeowner.

Influence.

You're the expert in the room. You'll educate homeowners, build trust, present your recommendation, and confidently guide them toward a decision.

Own it.

You control the conversation, the strategy, and ultimately the result. You'll have a proven sales process and the training to use it to think your feet and make the right move.

Who You Are

• Have 3-5+ years of sales experience and know what it feels like to compete for results.
• Like having a number to beat and the satisfaction that comes with hitting it.
