Day to day, you will have a varied caseload, including:

  • Providing high standards of client care through clear communication, expectation management and providing excellent service
  • Assisting with administrative duties, including diary management, document production and typing, file management, billing support, and financial processing
  • Utilising case management, IT and accounts systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and high presentation standards
  • Monitoring emails, calls and post, responding or progressing matters as appropriate, maintaining CRM data, chasing actions, and assisting with ongoing projects
  • Managing compliance, records and processes, including file opening, KYC procedures, document control, archiving, and preparation of forms and reports

Whilst this role is based in Ross-on-Wye there will be the opportunity for you to work with other fee earners based at our other offices.
