Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Technical Talent Acquisition Sourcer & Coordinator to support our growing Philippines hiring needs. This role will have a strong focus on technical sourcing, with additional responsibility for key recruiting operations and pre-employment activities.

The ideal candidate is someone who can build strong technical pipelines while keeping the recruiting process organized, accurate, and moving forward.

Responsibilities

Technical Sourcing

• Source qualified technical candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, talent communities, and other channels.
• Build and maintain targeted pipelines for, IT Support, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Networking and other technical positions.
• Conduct proactive candidate outreach and initial qualification against role requirements.
• Partner closely with recruiters to understand hiring priorities and sourcing needs.
• Maintain active, up-to-date candidate pipelines and continuously refresh talent pools.
• Track sourcing activity, candidate response rates, pipeline health, and conversion.
• Identify new sourcing channels and creative approaches to reach hard-to-find technical talent.

Recruiting & Offer Support

• Prepare and/or support the creation of offer letters and ensure required approvals and information are complete.
• Coordinate offer documentation and follow up with candidates as needed.
• Initiate and track background checks and reference checks.
• Follow up on outstanding pre-employment requirements and escalate issues or delays appropriately.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all required documentation is completed before start date.
• Support a smooth transition from accepted offer through onboarding.

Talent Acquisition Operations

• Maintain accurate recruiting data and candidate records within the ATS.
• Support recruiting reporting and pipeline tracking.
• Ensure recruiting processes and workflows are followed consistently.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and reduce administrative friction.
• Support the Talent Acquisition team with additional recruiting projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, technical sourcing, recruiting coordination, or a similar role.
• Proven experience sourcing technical talent.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK/Jobstreet and other sourcing tools.
• Experience working with an ATS (Workable preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong follow-through and ownership.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Ability to work effectively with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for security, IT, data, infrastructure, systems or other technical roles.
• Experience with Workable or a similar ATS.
• Experience with Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Experience supporting offer administration, background checks, and/or reference checks.
• Experience in a high-volume or rapidly scaling recruiting environment.
• Familiarity with recruiting metrics and pipeline analytics.
