Position Overview:
Looking to start a career in recruiting or HR? This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door, learn the industry, and build skills that can lead to long-term growth.
In this role, you’ll connect with job seekers, learn about their experience and goals, and match them with opportunities where they can succeed. You’ll spend much of your day talking with people, building relationships, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.
No recruiting experience? That’s okay! We welcome individuals from retail, hospitality, customer service, and other people-focused backgrounds. If you’re a strong communicator, enjoy helping others, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.
You will:
- Schedule and interview applicants
- Ensure centralized open positions are filled
- Effectively move qualified candidates through recruiting process and schedule branch next steps
- Maintain accurate talent records

You have:
- 1+ years in a customer service, call center or inside sales industry
- Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish
- Ability to meet set deadlines
- MS Office proficiency
Pay: $23.63 - $27.14 an hour
Location: Everett, WA (Onsite), Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
