负责内部研发管理系统的集成开发与数据同步建设，保证项目过程可管理可追溯；
负责自动化平台建设，包括脚本开发、流程自动化、数据自动同步等能力建设；
负责研发主数据平台建设，包括项目、版本等数据模型设计与开发；
负责研发工具链相关 AI 能力建设，包括 MCP 集成、Skill 开发、智能助手等场景落地；
参与研发工具链整体架构设计与技术方案制定。
任职要求
本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；
3年以上 Java/Python 开发经验；
熟悉 REST API、数据库设计及系统集成开发；
具备多系统数据同步、接口开发或项目管理平台、DevOps平台建设经验；
具备较强的问题分析和技术方案设计能力；
具备 Jira、Codebeamer等研发工具配置或者二开经验者优先；
了解 MCP、Agent、RAG、Dify、n8n 等 AI 应用技术者优先；
有汽车、智能驾驶或研发数字化领域经验者优先。
