This role is central to defining the future of our subscription offering, ensuring it is flexible, competitive, and aligned to member needs.

You will collaborate closely with Billing, Payments, Marketing, Data, Finance, Engineering, and Design to deliver a frictionless, transparent, and engaging subscription journey.

As Head of Product for Membership Plans, you will:

  • Own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for our global Membership Plans, delivering a high-quality, scalable member experience.
  • Define, evolve, and optimise subscription tiers, benefits, and pricing, using customer insight and data to drive impact.
  • Lead end-to-end product delivery, from discovery through execution, across the full subscription lifecycle.
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable business outcomes, aligned to company OKRs and growth priorities.
  • Champion best-in-class user experience, ensuring clarity, transparency, and consistency across all membership touchpoints.
  • Mentor and support Product Managers as the team scales.

  • Excellent cross-functional leadership, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across technical and commercial teams.
  • A customer-first, outcome-driven mindset, focused on delivering meaningful, high-impact member experiences.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-scaling environments, translating complexity into clear priorities and execution plans.
