Ihre Aufgaben

  • Mitarbeit im First-/Second-Level Support
  • Außendienst an unseren Standorten und unserer Verwaltung
  • Analysieren und Lösen anfallender Anwenderprobleme
  • Unterstützung bei der Installation, Konfiguration und dem Support von IT-Systemen
  • Selbstständiges Erarbeiten von Lösungen bei jeglicher Art von IT-Problemen
  • Betreuung der Server-, Client- & Netzwerkinfrastruktur
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen
  • Verwaltung des lokalen IT-Lagerbestands
  • Unterstützung bei projektbezogenen Aktivitäten wie Hardware Refreshes, Software-Tests und Rollouts

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrungen als Systemadministrator oder im geforderten Aufgabenfeld sind von Vorteil, nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Abgeschlossener Ausbilderschein, Ausbildererfahrung wünschenswert
  • Grundkenntnisse in der Installation und Wartung von Servern, Netzwerken und IT-Systemen
  • Grundlegendes Fachwissen im Windows-Umfeld (Microsoft Office 365, Clients, Server, Active Directory, GPO)
  • Erste Erfahrung im Support von Anwendern und der Lösung von IT-Problemen
  • Grundkenntnisse im Bereich IT-Sicherheit
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und positive Einstellung
