Ihre Aufgaben

  • Analyse und Identifikation von Prozessen mit Automatisierungspotenzial in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen
  • Entwicklung, Implementierung und Wartung von RPA-Lösungen (Datenabgleich, automatisierte Auftragsvorbereitung, Vernetzung der konzernseitigen Systeme)
  • Erstellung von Prozessdokumentationen und technischen Spezifikationen
  • Schulung und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Nutzung automatisierter Prozesse
  • Monitoring, Fehleranalyse und kontinuierliche Optimierung bestehender RPA-Bots
  • Einbindung von KI in Entscheidungen und Prozesse in RPA, um Aufwand und Ausführungszeit zu verkürzen.
  • Vereinfachung der Datenverarbeitung mittels KI nach Automatisierung durch RPA

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrung im Bereich RPA-Entwicklung und Prozessautomatisierung
  • Kenntnisse in gängigen RPA-Tools ((UIPath, WorkFusion, Power Automate )
  • Analytisches Denken, eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und Teamfähigkeit
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit
