Middle/Senior C++ Developer - Tieto Tech Consulting (m/f/d)

Tieto is looking for an experienced Middle/Senior C++ Developer to join our growing R&D team. In this role, you will act as a key technical contributor and leader within the R&D organization, contribute to the development and maintenance of software features within your technical area.

Areas of Responsibility

• Design and Development of assigned piece of deliverables at assigned area, according to specification to meet requirements and DoD
• Code review and quality improvement
• Design and test review at assigned area
• Fault analysis, debugging, and correction
• Product maintenance and continuous improvement
• Preparing and documenting design
• Being compliant with all R&D processes

Qualifications

• Strong experience in C++ (C++14 / C++17)
• Experience with testing frameworks (GTest)
• Experience in build automation tools (CMake)
• Hands-on experience with HW/SW integration, debugging, and problem solving (GDB, sanitizers, Valgrind)
• Experience with embedded Linux
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git, Gerrit) and modern development tools
• Understanding of software architecture and strong analytical skills
• Curiosity and ability to investigate and learn new technologies
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
• Flexibility and willingness to work in a multicultural environment

Will be an advantage

• Knowledge of radio networks
• Experience in embedded systems development
• Scripting experience (e.g., Python, Bash)
• Understanding of RF measurements and equipment
• Experience with continuous integration systems
