It supplies core banking and payments software, public sector and healthcare systems, industry software for energy, forestry and manufacturing, and large-scale infrastructure and cloud operations for clients across Finland, Norway, Sweden and the Baltics. • Build long-term customer relationships and contribute to the development of our consulting service
  • For Senior Project Managers, the role also includes leading larger and more complex engagements, advising senior stakeholders, and contributing to the development of project management practices within the organization.

We are looking for someone with

  • Have experience as a nurse, physiotherapist or similar role
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • A structured and proactive way of working with a focus on delivering results

It would be beneficial if you also

  • Have experience working in a consulting environment

AI knowledge requirement

AI literacy is expected - able to use approved AI tools effectively and responsibly, write clear prompts, and validate outputs. You undertand how to follow company policies and applicable requirements for confidentiality, privacy, security, and responsible AI use (including not entering sensitive data into unapproved tools).

What’s in it for you?

With us you will be part of the important and meaningful work of developing healthcare for all of us. You will work in projects and initiatives that contribute to better healthcare services, improved ways of working, and more efficient use of information and technology.

As part of our Consulting team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of customers, challenges, and assignments. We value collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning, and we encourage our consultants to develop both professionally and personally.

In addition, as a company we offer you professional growth, an open and friendly culture, and an outstanding work-life balance. We provide a flexible hybrid work model as part of our culture and way of working.

Finally, we believe in curiosity and learning as a lifestyle. We want to encourage you to keep up that curiosity and deepen your knowledge on topics you’re interested in. For example, we host a ‘Keep Learning Week’ twice a year, a week where everyone at Tieto has the possibility to join different training courses in a truly global setting.

Could you be our new colleague?

We look forward to hearing from you! We will fill the position as soon as we find the right person, so we encourage you to apply today.
