Marketing Operations Manager

As a Marketing Operations Manager at TigerData, you’ll own the day-to-day operating layer across HubSpot and our broader MarTech stack, helping Marketing launch campaigns faster, trust its data, and replace manual work with scalable automation.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, you’ll build workflows, execute campaigns, improve lifecycle data, troubleshoot attribution, manage duplicates, and turn undocumented processes into clear, repeatable SOPs. You’ll help operationalize our broader MarTech strategy while taking real ownership of the systems and processes that keep Marketing moving.

AI will be an important part of how you operate. We’re looking for someone who can build repeatable AI-enabled workflows that reduce manual work, improve quality, and accelerate execution.

This role is remote and US-based. We have a preference for candidates located in Eastern or Central time zones.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IN THIS ROLE

• Owning day-to-day campaign operations in HubSpot and across the broader MarTech stack, including workflow builds, segmentation, duplicate management, platform administration, and high-quality campaign execution.
• Improving lifecycle management and Marketing-to-Sales handoffs by working closely with Demand Generation, Sales Ops/RevOps, Sales, SDRs, and Data across HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, Common Room, and Google Analytics 4.
• Diagnosing attribution, routing, and data-flow issues and fixing the underlying system or process causing them.
• Creating and maintaining clear SOPs and operational documentation for recurring Marketing processes.

Coordinating cross-functional marketing initiatives that require Marketing Operations support, ensuring dependencies across teams are clear and work moves smoothly from planning through launch.

• Identifying manual or error-prone work and replacing it with scalable automation and AI-enabled workflows.

YOU COULD BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU

• Have hands-on Marketing Operations experience and have personally built and managed campaign workflows from setup through QA, launch, and reporting.
• Are comfortable working deeply inside a marketing automation platform; HubSpot experience is a strong advantage.
• Understand marketing data fundamentals including lifecycle stages, segmentation, deduplication, lead flow, attribution, and data hygiene.
• Can turn inconsistent or undocumented processes into clear, repeatable SOPs and troubleshoot the root cause of system or data issues.
• Can independently identify opportunities for automation and build AI-enabled workflows that improve speed, consistency, and quality.
• Are strong at coordinating cross-functional marketing projects from request through launch, keeping dependencies across teams moving and ensuring the operational pieces such as forms, tracking, routing, and campaign setup are ready when needed.

YOU MIGHT NOT BE A GREAT FIT IF

• You prefer defining strategy but don’t enjoy getting into systems and executing the work yourself.
• You need every process to already be documented before you can operate effectively.
• You prefer short-term fixes over digging into the root cause of recurring data or process issues.
• You see AI mainly as a writing assistant rather than a tool for redesigning and automating operational workflows.

Compensation

Tiger Data offers a compensation package that includes base salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits to all full-time employees. The estimated on salary for this role for United States based employees is $90,000 - $130,000
