Team Introduction
Our Data Platform Business Partnering team is at the core of TikTok E-Commerce business, responsible for generating tremendous amount of data and providing accessing services and applications. We empower many business & engineering teams to analyze and develop innovative strategies and products driving business growth. We are looking for passionate and talented engineers to join us to drive the future of E-Commerce together.
We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.
Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements and end-to-end solution designs into technical implementations for data tools and applications.
- Build and maintain data products that support business needs and operational efficiency.
- Participate in rollouts, upgrades, implementations, and releases of data system changes to streamline internal processes and practices.
任职要求 / Requirements
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms, SQL, and computer networks.
- Strong coding skills with proficiency in at least one programming language, such as C, C++, Java, Python, or Golang.
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Strong interest in data warehousing, ETL development, data analysis, and E-Commerce.
- Good communication skills and the ability to quickly learn new business and technical concepts.
