Campaign Visual Designer - TikTok Design

We're seeking a solid visual designer to join our regional design team supporting the SEA markets. This is not just a production role - it's a hybrid position that merges visual excellence with campaign thinking, system building, and design process optimization.

As our Regional Campaign Designer, you'll be responsible for shaping design visuals for creative campaigns and tracking design performance, which align with user behavior and business needs. From H5 page execution to branding frameworks and AI-assisted workflows, you'll be at the center of driving creative clarity and operational efficiency across diverse markets.

- Communicate design requirements with business stakeholders, understand project objectives, identify recurring design needs, deliver scalable and reusable creative solutions, and build design templates and visual component libraries.

- Design visually striking campaign pages, with a focus on H5 campaign projects, to enhance user interactive experience.

- Establish a clear layout system, color scheme logic and information hierarchy to ensure clear and impactful visual communication.

- Progress rapidly from sketches to high-fidelity design outputs under tight deadlines. Align all online and offline design assets from a brand perspective to maintain consistency, professionalism and recognizability.

- Guide business teams toward better design decisions through visual proposals, translate design work into trackable metrics, maintain databases, and participate in design performance analysis.

- Independently manage project timelines, clarify task priorities, and report progress in real time via team collaboration tools.

- Collaborate closely with other designers to achieve shared team goals.

Minimum Qualification(s)

- Solid visual design skills with proficiency in typography, composition, typeface selection, color matching and information hierarchy. Skilled in mainstream design tools including Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

- Hands-on experience designing and launching H5 pages, familiarity with mobile-first interaction logic, and understanding of fundamental UX/UI principles. Able to strike a balance between aesthetics and user experience.

- Familiar with AIGC (AI-generated content tools) and capable of integrating them into the design workflow. Experience with Vibe Coding; able to leverage AI-assisted tools such as Cursor, v0 and Bolt to rapidly generate and iterate H5 pages, micro-interactions or campaign prototypes.

- Experience in brand system building and design system maintenance. Able to deliver scalable visual solutions, independently complete campaign design, and create creative assets for offline events and SWAG materials.

- Strong work efficiency with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while guaranteeing delivery quality and pace. Proactive, responsible and solution-oriented; capable of delivering high-quality work efficiently under tight schedules.

- Strong team player willing to drive projects collaboratively. Quick learner who adapts readily to changes and operates flexibly in multicultural environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting multiple regional markets; prior involvement in international campaigns or cross-border design projects is preferred.

- Familiar with 3D modeling and rendering tools, with relevant portfolio works.

- Knowledgeable about campaign tracking systems and CRM platforms, capable of analyzing design impact through databases.

- Strong analytical thinking, proactive in improving process efficiency and driving the integration of design and data.
