TikTok is a short-form video platform owned by the Chinese technology group ByteDance and launched internationally in 2016, growing further after the 2018 merger with the lip-sync app Musical.ly. Its recommendation feed surfaces content by engagement signals rather than social graph, which lets new creators reach large audiences quickly and made the app one of the most downloaded in the world. The company runs dual operating hubs in Singapore and Los Angeles and has built an advertising business, a live streaming economy and the TikTok Shop commerce marketplace on top of the video feed.

岗位职责 / Responsibilities

About the Team

TikTok Local Services (TikTok GO) is a one-stop commerce solution that connects global users with local services through the creative use of TikTok POI (Points of Interest), short videos, LIVE, and search. It delivers valuable real-life experiences and inspires users to explore the world around them.

With the mission of "Discover great places, Empower local businesses" Local Services aims to be the most trusted platform to discover great places and connect local businesses. It helps communities engage with restaurants, hotels, and attractions, equips businesses with new ways to connect with customers and drive transactions, and combines innovative marketing and operational tools to support sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of TikTok GO creators and drive their overall growth across activation, content output, campaign participation, audience engagement, conversion, and business results.

- Develop tailored growth strategies for creators at different stages - from newly onboarded creators to high-performing partners with strong scaling potential.

- Review creator performance regularly to identify opportunities across content direction, product/service suitability, audience response, traffic efficiency, and conversion behavior.

- Turn data, creator feedback, and business priorities into practical action plans that creators can apply in their day-to-day operations.

- Build structured creator development programs that support onboarding, activation, content improvement, campaign readiness, and long-term monetization.

- Guide creators on content positioning, storytelling, audience engagement, offer selection, and operating rhythm to help them build sustainable growth habits.

- Identify promising creator success cases and package learnings into examples, playbooks, and best practices for the wider TikTok GO ecosystem.

- Support key campaign and business initiatives by preparing creators, aligning expectations, monitoring progress, and following up on performance outcomes.

- Work with Category, Product, Campaign, Operations, and Finance teams to improve creator opportunities, remove execution blockers, and strengthen platform support mechanisms.

- Act as the main operational partner for creators, helping them navigate TikTok GO priorities, tools, processes, and growth opportunities.

- Communicate platform goals and campaign requirements in a clear and creator-friendly way, ensuring creators understand what to focus on and how to improve.

- Collect creator insights, operational pain points, and market feedback, then translate them into recommendations for product, process, and program improvements.

- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-potential creators who can become long-term partners and contribute to TikTok GO growth.

- Create and refine creator education materials, operating guides, training content, and repeatable workflows that improve creator efficiency and quality.
