Monetisation Strategy and Operations Manager - Spain - GBS

The Global Monetization Strategy and Operations (MSO) team enables sustainable growth in TikTok's advertising business. We partner with business leaders on strategy setting, revenue planning, and pricing and incentive policy, and we improve the tools and processes sales teams rely on every day.

We turn complex business decisions into operating models that scale, protecting both customer outcomes and long-term profitability. You will shape the strategy and the operating models behind TikTok's advertising business.

The Strategy & Operations Manager will be joining the Monetization Strategy & Operations team covering the markets in FRITES (France, Italy, Spain). This organized and efficient professional must be flexible and able to wear multiple hats while working closely with our cross functional teams and prioritizing the needs of the team. The role is highly strategical and the candidate will drive mid- and long-term revenue enablement for TikTok in FRITES, with a focus on the Spanish business. The role is based in the Madrid office with business travels to Paris or Milan based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

- Conceptualise and implement regional projects, e.g. determining areas of improvement and drive the change process to generate impact

- Partner closely with European senior and mid management as well as collaborate with a wide range of cross-functional teams to reflect their POV

- Conduct research and market sizing of industries, business models, products, customers and derive actionable recommendation

- Creating dashboards and insightful reports to track business KPIs, monitor sales-related metrics, behaviours and recommend best practices and guidelines

- Enabling commercial deals with the right partners and establishing deal terms and track utilization. Managing pricing strategies, discounts and added value policies for clients

- Creating and managing policies related to sales bonus, sales competitions, client assignment and conflict management

- Building expert status on TikTok sales tools to provide guidance on how to remove blockers and conduct sales training on ideal system usage

任职要求 / Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

- 2+ years experience in top tier consulting or similar role in high growth company with experience in digital business models, media, digital advertising

- Bachelor degree is a minimum, masters degree is a plus

- Self-starter capable of delivering on goals with minimal supervision incl. strong time management skills and adaptability to a changing environment

- Comfort with ambiguity as well as fast learner to develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of unknown industries

- Fluent Spanish speaker

- High oral and written fluency in English is required

Preferred Qualifications:

- Ability to drive stakeholders to decision and to also defend unpopular opinions as well as moderate between opinions

- Structured thinking to cut through complex problems and develop stakeholder pragmatic and impactful solutions
