Operation Excellence Manager, Monetization Strategy & Operations - GBS

The Global Monetization Strategy and Operations (MSO) team enables sustainable growth in TikTok's advertising business. We partner with business leaders on strategy setting, revenue planning, and pricing and incentive policy, and we improve the tools and processes sales teams rely on every day.

We turn complex business decisions into operating models that scale, protecting both customer outcomes and long-term profitability. You will shape the strategy and the operating models behind TikTok's advertising business.

The Operational Excellence Manager will support the EUI Operations Excellence team's ongoing transformation from manual, execution-focused sales operations toward a standardized, data-driven, and system-enabled operating model. The hire will strengthen daily operational capacity while driving process optimization, automation, and cross-functional collaboration to improve efficiency and scalability across EUI markets.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize end-to-end sales operations, establish scalable governance frameworks, and translate business challenges into system requirements and automation solutions. Strong analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and stakeholder influence are essential to driving data-driven decisions, reducing manual dependencies, and delivering sustainable improvements in operational efficiency and business scalability.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily sales operations, including account management, Book of Business transfers, sales performance, and incentive operations, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.

- Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve operational issues and provide reliable business support.

- Identify process inefficiencies, conduct root cause analysis, and drive SOP standardization and workflow improvements.

- Partner with Product teams to translate business needs into system requirements, support product testing, and promote automation adoption.

- Monitor operational metrics, generate actionable insights, and develop training materials to improve operational efficiency, process consistency, and stakeholder experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in a growth environment, management consulting, investment banking, tech platforms, etc.

- Experience using data to create compelling stories that communicate key messages across the organization and to influence various levels of management decision-making

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite, especially Excel and Google Sheets.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in media, digital advertising, business intelligence, revenue strategy/operations is a plus

- Familiarity with major sales CRM platforms (e.g. SalesForce,), Order Management Systems (Operative, FatTail, Prisma, etc.) and Ads Platforms (Google Ads Manager, Facebook, etc.) is a plus

- Fast learner, ability to independently multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

- Experience working cross-functionally with various internal teams, including Finance, Sales, Systems, and Product
