Team Introduction:
The Business Integrity team's mission is to uphold ethical advertising on TikTok, and we're looking for teammates who are passionate about fostering best faith business practices toward our global audience.
About the role:
Product Managers in Business Integrity will be part of an experienced team, working alongside experts in engineering, data science, operations and policy. At the same time, new team members will also be joining an initiative that has only just gotten started--we have far more questions than answers--even as new challenges appear each day. Thus, candidates must be hungry for perspective when forming their product hypotheses in driving those hypotheses toward tangible results.
Responsibilities:
- Own TikTok's advertiser governance products, driving risk management and customer experience across ad content, post-conversion activities, and platform safety.
- Apply cutting-edge LLM technologies to real-world business challenges. Define product solutions, build measurable evaluation frameworks, and drive solutions from concept to production.
- Develop a deep understanding of advertisers’ business needs and risks across industries. Build end-to-end governance mechanisms, continuously optimize the user journey, and balance risk, experience, and efficiency to drive a healthy ecosystem and sustainable business growth.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Passionate about AI and its applications, with strong curiosity and a continuous learning mindset.
- 1+ years of product management experience. Experience in advertising, merchant governance, or risk management is a plus.
- Data-driven, with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify insights from first-hand data and abstract complex problems.
- Results-oriented, with strong ownership, creativity, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin required: the role involves frequent communication with global teams, clients and stakeholders in English-speaking regions as well as Chinese-speaking markets. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential to effectively engage with Chinese-speaking partners, understand cultural nuances, and navigate business transactions in key markets, ensuring smooth cross-cultural collaboration and market expansion.
