TikTok Shop - Product Compliance Program Manager

岗位职责 / Responsibilities

E-commerce’s Governance and Experience (GNE) organization is dedicated to building a safe, sustainable, and high-trust marketplace where every customer enjoys a seamless purchase experience.

Responsibilities:

- Own and drive regulatory product compliance strategy, process execution, and policy implementation across products, categories, and markets.

- Partner closely with Compliance, Legal, Retail, and cross-functional stakeholders to shape, operationalize, and maintain product compliance policies and requirements.

- Ensure products and business processes meet applicable regulatory and compliance requirements, while supporting partner teams on risk assessment and issue resolution.

- Design and implement scalable regulatory compliance solutions that enable business growth while maintaining strong governance standards.

- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness through automation, technology, and better system design.

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and technology teams to develop scalable product compliance tools and workflows for the business.

- Educate internal and external stakeholders on regulatory compliance requirements, operational expectations, and best practices to strengthen execution across projects and processes.

- Leverage data and insights to monitor compliance performance, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

- Build strong cross-functional alignment to support compliance initiatives, business planning, and program execution in a fast-moving environment.

任职要求 / Requirements

Minimum Qualification(s)

- 3+ years of experience in risk strategy, policy, trust & safety, compliance within complex, global environments.

- Demonstrated success developing and executing product safety and regulatory compliance strategies

- Familiarity with compliance requirements and internet governance, with strong business judgment and risk awareness.

- Proven experience implementing processes to meet regulatory requirements, with the ability to monitor impact, measure outcomes, and apply analytical and program management thinking.

- Ownership mindset with a bias for action; able to operate effectively in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualification(s)

- Knowledge of International Organization for Standardization (ISO), regulatory requirements or standards

- Familiarity with Trust & Safety, marketplace governance, or listing compliance domains.

- Experience working within a global company, with multi-country responsibilities

- Proven ability to influence leadership and cross-functional partners.

- Strong analytical mindset, with experience using data to measure impact, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement.

- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making sound, high-stakes decisions with incomplete information.
